Component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle. The APC/C complex acts by mediating ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of target proteins: it mainly mediates the formation of 'Lys-11'-linked polyubiquitin chains and, to a lower extent, the formation of 'Lys-48'- and 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains. Ramos (H) cells were treated with or without Staurosporine (1μM) for 1h, Hela (H) cells were treated with or without Calyculin A (50nM) for 30 min, 25 μg total protein per lane of cell lysates (see on figure) probed with Phospho-STK4/3 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-62840R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
