| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | 從L-天冬氨酸或L-半胱氨酸生物合成L-谷氨酸。谷氨酸水平的重要調(diào)節(jié)者，谷氨酸是脊椎動(dòng)物中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的主要興奮性神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)。在腦神經(jīng)保護(hù)中起到谷氨酸清除劑的作用。天門冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶活性參與發(fā)育過程中肝臟葡萄糖的合成和脂肪細(xì)胞的新生。以L-半胱氨酸為底物，調(diào)節(jié)巰基丙酮酸的水平，巰基丙酮酸是硫化氫的重要來源。巰基丙酮酸通過3-巰基丙酮酸硫轉(zhuǎn)移酶（3MST）的作用轉(zhuǎn)化為H2S。硫化氫是腦內(nèi)重要的突觸調(diào)節(jié)劑和神經(jīng)保護(hù)劑。 |
